Consumer Reports recently published an article about automotive repair shops. They surveyed 40,000 of their subscribers to get a sense of what types of auto shops people trusted. They also researched whether it was better to go to a dealership for repairs or to turn to a local independent shop. A Sense of Trust The article confirmed what we've believed in at Fox Run Auto for many years. People tend to put their trust more in independent shops compared to dealerships.
