Long before the doors open at Fox Run Auto every morning, you can usually expect to find our General Manager, Mike Accursi, already at work. He’s putting on the coffee (with at least one cup set aside for himself). He’s gathering the keys from the drop box and trying to decipher the scribbled handwriting on those overnight service requests from panicked car owners. Leading by Example That’s just what happens before the day officially starts for Mike. Once the doors open, he’s busy setting the daily schedules, matching each automotive repair job with the right technician(s) and he’s reviewing the work done from the day before.
