This is a common question we hear all the time at Fox Run Auto. People come in for a scheduled oil change and wonder if they really need it. The car is running fine. There haven't been any noticeable issues with the engine. They want to know if the oil really needs to be changed and why? How Often Do I Need an Oil Change? Lisa is a AAA member. When her car recently broke down, she called to have it towed to a local auto repair shop. The tow truck dropped her vehicle off at Fox Run Auto in Bear. We offer certified AAA towing and roadside assistance services, along with our fully equipped automotive repair center that is the only AAA-certified repair facility in this area. Once our auto repair technicians were able to perform diagnostic tests and inspect Lisa's vehicle, they were able to determine that the starter had failed. This is a common issue. We were able to track down a replacement part to match her car, and we got it to the shop as quickly as possible.
