Oleg recently experienced a theft when someone stole the catalytic converter from his car. He went to his insurance company and talked to other auto shops about repair estimates, but was disappointed in what they told him.
"The car is good and reliable, but old. So, any significant repair comes close or above the car estimate," Oleg says. "My insurance company was considering totaling my car and I was not in the position to get a new one. At that point, my car was at Fox Run Auto."
