Meet Vincent Nesci, Service Advisor at Fox Run Auto

Though he’s been with us for almost a year now, Vincent Nesci (or just “Vinny”) is an integral part of the Fox Run Auto team. He is still considered one of the newer faces around the shop because we have so many longtime employees. Vinny is our Fleet & Warranty Service Advisor. He works directly with fleet accounts, warrantied repair coordination and general customer service.

Vinny’s Role at Fox Run Auto

Vinny helps oversee the service needs and requirements of customers and their vehicles. He works closely with our auto repair technicians to understand which repair and maintenance services are recommended. Then, he consults with our customers to provide them with the necessary guidance and support throughout the repair process. Vinny also coordinates with parts suppliers to make sure the correct parts are ordered and delivered on time.

In addition, Vinny is our lead service advisor for warranties and fleet accounts. If you have questions about a warrantied part or repair service, he is your guy to talk to at Fox Run Auto. His understanding, knowledge and resourcefulness are unmatched. Fox Run Auto also services many fleet accounts for business owners and civil service providers in the Northern Delaware area. Vinny works closely with fleet managers to ensure timely maintenance and repairs of their work vehicles. This means keeping routine services on schedule and helping manage all aspects of their fleet accounts.

Vinny’s Automotive Experience

Vinny brings more than 31 years of experience in the automotive industry. He is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. He is a certified Master Service Advisor for Chrysler, Jeep, Lexus, Toyota and all GM lines. He has hundreds of hours of ongoing training with all of these manufacturers and others.

What Vinny likes most about being part of the Fox Run Auto team is the family environment. “We are all friends and family,” he says. “When I started out, dealers were mom and pop type places. Then, large corporate structure took over and pushed them out. The owners don’t know their customers or employees. It’s about dollars generated and not the relationships you build with your customers over generations. That’s where the real profits come from. Fox Run Auto is such a customer-first company, the money will follow.”

More About Vinny

Vinny grew up in the small community of Bedford, NY and now lives in Elkton, MD. He is an outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, fishing, camping and spending time at the beach. His tiger cat, Buddy, often comes along with him on walks (no leash required). Vinny also likes going out to a nice restaurant or enjoying a movie or concert with his girlfriend and her two children.
