Donna came into Fox Run Auto because she thought her vehicle might be due for an oil change. It turns out it wasn't, but she did make some interesting observations while at our shop. Donna listened to some of the conversations that our service staff was having with other customers and she was impressed by the communication. "While I was there, I listened to several service explanations that were provided to other customers and I was impressed," Donna says. "For services that didn't require immediate action, customers were advised of the current state and informed when service might be needed—instead of being pressured to get the work done then. Kathy's car began overheating over the weekend, so she had to call for an emergency tow to Fox Run Auto. Our roadside assistance was able to help get the vehicle delivered to our shop while we were closed on Saturday afternoon.  "Early Monday morning I got a call," Kathy says in her recent review. "They diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, installed them, ran tests to make sure no damage had been done (it hadn't thank goodness), and called me before noon to tell me the car was ready!"
