Customer Impressed by Communication at Fox Run Auto

Donna came into Fox Run Auto because she thought her vehicle might be due for an oil change. It turns out it wasn't, but she did make some interesting observations while at our shop. Donna listened to some of the conversations that our service staff was having with other customers and she was impressed by the communication.

"While I was there, I listened to several service explanations that were provided to other customers and I was impressed," Donna says. "For services that didn't require immediate action, customers were advised of the current state and informed when service might be needed—instead of being pressured to get the work done then. Refreshing!"
