On older vehicles, you may just have to watch the mileage or check the calendar (usually every 3-6 months, depending on how often your vehicle requires service). If you are a Fox Run Auto customer, we'll gladly set you up on a regular maintenance plan with reminders when certain services are due. Here are some of the signs that will let you know when your vehicle is due for an oil change: 1. Low Oil Level Almost all vehicles make it very easy to get under the hood and manually check your oil. Peter has been a loyal customer of Fox Run Auto for almost two years. He drives a 2002 Lincoln, and he knows he can always count on the guys at our shop for honest advice and quality repair/maintenance work on his car. Recently, Peter was nice enough to post an online review of Fox Run Auto. Here's what he had to say: "I've been going to Fox Run Auto for almost 2 years now," Peter writes. It's time to get creative once again in order to stay connected with the people you care about most, while enjoying a safe and happy holiday season. It will a different experience for sure. We've had to adapt to new safety and sanitization protocols, and it hasn't always been easy. Yet, we ... read more

Vehicle inspections are very important to what we do at Fox Run Auto. They allow our technicians and diagnosticians to identify potential automotive problems for our customers. They enable us to provide more accurate repair recommendations and price estimates. Above all else, they ensure we are able to get the job done right by eliminating guesswork. Determining the Specific Problem(s) If you call an automotive shop and they give you a quote over the phone, they really are just guessing what work needs to be done based on what you are able to tell them. You think you might have transmission problems, but perhaps it's really an engine issue and the shop won't know that until they actually see the vehicle in person and can determine the specific damage. I ... read more
