Barbara was having automotive trouble when her van started to overheat. She knew it might be a serious problem and the vehicle wasn't safe to drive. However, we needed to order a special part for the cooling system repair in Barbara's van. We were able to track it down and get it purchased, but the shipping was going to take a little longer than we originally hoped. Barbara authorized the repair work to be completed and we explained the updated time line with the part waiting for delivery.
Barbara still needed a vehicle during that time, so we were able to offer a loaner car for her to drive until the part came in and her van was fixed. Thankfully, the part arrived quicker than anticipated, so we were able to get the van repaired and back to Barbara within a few days.
