The world has been flipped upside down in 2020 and these past couple months have been trying times for everyone. We've been busy at work here at Fox Run Auto. People are still driving and people still need automotive maintenance and repairs. So, we just wanted to take this opportunity to say "thank you" to everyone for all the love and support. We're trying our best to give as much as we have received!

Your Positive Energy is Essential to Us
We were fortunate that automotive repair was to be deemed an "essential service" under Delaware's stay at home order, and we have been able to stay open throughout this entire situation. We've been a little short-staffed as a couple of our automotive technicians with high-risk concerns have opted to stay safely at home on paid furloughs until this blows over. And, with fewer people on the road, business isn't quite what it normally is. However, we've been amazed at the gratitude we are getting from everyone who visits Fox Run Auto.
It's sad that we are unable to personally interact with customers as much as we normally do. Most of our customers are taking advantage of our after-hours dropbox or utilizing our vehicle delivery and pick-up services so they can stay safely at home. We understand that social distancing is important to slowing the spread—even after the Delaware economy starts to open back up—and we've had to make plenty of adjustments to business operations. Still, we get so much positive energy from our customers and that's what keeps driving our team to be its best every day.
Here to Help When You Need Us
Everyone needs a little positivity right now. We know nobody really wants to deal with auto repairs amidst everything else going on, but it is a necessary thing when you depend on your vehicles. Whether you need major repairs or minor maintenance, Fox Run Auto is open and ready to serve you! We do highly recommend that you call ahead to book an appointment and use our dropbox to minimize contact with our staff. If you are sick or in a high-risk group, please stay home and we'll arrange vehicle pick-up and delivery for you. If financing is a concern during these difficult times, let us know as Fox Run Auto also offers special financing programs for auto repairs.

As far as big thank yous go, we have to take this time again to thank all the people on the front lines of this fight against COVID-19. This includes all of our dedicated health care workers, first responders and volunteers, as well as our fellow essential service workers who are working so hard to keep the community running as normally as possible. To anyone else working from home or currently furloughed, please hang in there and stay safe. We will get through this!
