At Fox Run Auto, We Have Both Indoor and Outdoor Waiting Rooms

Comfort has always been important to us at Fox Run Auto. Over the years, people have really enjoyed our customer lounge while they wait for their vehicles being serviced. There are comfy leather couches and a 70-inch television, along with a fresh pot of hot coffee always available. We also offer free wi-fi to all our guests.

Changing Times

Unfortunately, COVID-19 restrictions have forced us to limit the amount of people allowed in our indoor customer lounge. Only two people are allowed to wait inside at any given times and face masks are a requirement. We're all doing our best to get through these trying times, and like all of you, we can't wait for this whole nightmare to be over. Until then, we still want to make your wait as comfortable as possible.

Outdoor Waiting Room

This is why we set up our new outdoor waiting room. It may not be as fancy as our indoor lounge, but it is still a nice space to sit and wait for your vehicle as the Fox Run Auto team works on whatever repairs or automotive maintenance services you need. It accommodates up to 4 guests and is covered to provide protection from the sun or any rain. We will have heaters set up in the fall and winter once it starts getting a bit chilly out there. We have a cooler out there filled with bottled water, and if you ever want any coffee or anything else from inside, just let any member of our service team know. 

Call Ahead for Contactless Service

Though you are welcome to use our outdoor waiting room (or inside lounge if space is available), we still encourage most customers to utilize our contactless vehicle drop-off and pickup services. You can come by and leave your vehicle and keys at any time (including after hours) and we will work with you over the phone, email and text messaging. We'll coordinate all details of your service appointment, vehicle inspection, repair recommendations and price quotes, and then keep you informed throughout the process until your vehicle is ready to pick up. All the paperwork can be take care of digitally so things are as convenient as possible for you. Our service team is always available if you have questions or concerns. We can also offer towing services to and from the shop for special needs cases, especially for anyone who is currently ill or is in a high-risk group and should stay quarantined at home.

Making the Best of it

Though things are a little different than usual this year, Fox Run Auto is doing our best to make our customers feel comfortable every step of the way. Whether it's our outdoor waiting room or other new services we are offering to minimize social contact, we are committed to taking care of you and your vehicles in the safest ways possible.
