Our History
The shop was opened by our owner, Mike DeFino, and named for the Fox Run community where our shop is located in Bear. Being in the northernmost part of Delaware and near the Maryland border, we have customers visit our shop from throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. We have people coming in from Wilmington, Elkton, Glasgow, Middletown, Newark, New Castle and many other local towns because we've built a strong reputation as locally owned and operated business.

The Mikes, Rob and all of the employees at Fox Run Auto share strong local connections and a true appreciation for the area where we all live and work. Even though we are a NAPA AutoCare Center with that powerful nationwide affiliation, we price ourselves on being a small regional auto shop serving our friends and neighbors in Northern Delaware and beyond.
What it really boils down to is the fact that we know that people are putting their trust in us to treat them right and take care of their cars. In an area like this, it seems like everybody knows everybody, so word gets around. We depend on positive word of mouth and personal referrals to grow our business and attract new customers, so that means we better do good work.
