Phil is a longtime customer of Fox Run Auto. He knows he can count on our team for quality customer service and quality automotive care. One of the things he likes most about our shop is the ability to utilize our after-hours vehicle drop-off and pickup services.
Like many of our valued customers, Phil is a busy guy. He has work and other obligations during our normal weekday business hours. It's not always easy for him to bring his vehicles by when we are open. Thankfully, we offer after-hours solutions to accommodate our customers' busy lives. They can coordinate with us to drop off vehicles when the shop isn't open. Then, they can come by and pick up their vehicle once it is ready. Everything else can be done over the phone and email.
"Quick service and you can drop off and pickup after hours," Phil says. "I've never had any problem with any repairs performed by them, and they will never upsell you on anything."
Though we've always offered after-hours services, the need for it really picked up during the pandemic. Customers wanted a hands-free solution to minimize human contact—that and the crazy schedules we were all dealing with during that time. Many people took advantage of this service and many have continued utilizing it because it is more convenient for them.
When you drop off the vehicle, it will be stored safely in our lot that has extra security in place. We will then get it in our shop as soon as possible during standard business hours. Our service advisors will contact you via phone call, text and/or email to let you know the vehicle inspection findings, along with any recommended repairs and price quotes. You can authorize any work to be done and cover payment remotely. Then, you can arrange to pickup the vehicle when it is ready.
"They tell you an advance of what service you will need in the coming months, so you can prepare for that cost," Phil adds. "Much appreciated."
