Dawn recently brought her Chevrolet Equinox in to Fox Run Auto for an oil change, after buying a deal on Groupon. She was also concerned that her steering wheel seemed a little loose and the vehicle wasn't handling as well as normal. Dawn specifically asked us to look at her steering system and check the wheel alignment as part of her service.

The technicians at Fox Run Auto completed the oil change and performed a general inspection of the vehicle, as is customary at our shop. We checked the wheel alignment and power steering system. Everything was fine. Ultimately, it was determined that that tires simply needed to be rotated. The uneven tread wear was causing the handling issues, so it was an easy fix. We rotated her tires as part of her oil change package and the vehicle handles well once again. Crisis averted!
"They could have came back to me and said I needed a front end alignment and charge me for it, even though rotation of my tires is what corrected the problem," Dawn adds. "Now that is honesty. They also offer Groupons for oil changes, which I had so my visit that day was no charge. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. Thanks Fox Run Auto for being a stand up business."
