Customer Gets Brakes and Tires Serviced at Fox Run Auto

Mike needed a number of things fixed on his car, so he wanted to bring it to a local mechanic to provide the new parts and handle the necessary repairs. He turned to Northern Delaware's own Fox Run Auto and put his vehicle in the hands of his fellow Mikes (and Rob) to make sure the work was done right.

"I took my car in on a Tuesday," Mike says. "I needed all my brakes done—rotors, calipers, pads. Everything. Also needed four new tires and got the spark plugs changed."

Mike definitely new he needed to have all four of his brakes serviced and the tires were probably overdue to be replaced. Still, we like to perform a full vehicle inspection once the car is in the Fox Run Auto shop. Even if nothing else is wrong, it is important to be thorough and make sure the customer knows exactly how things are doing. 

In this case, the issues that Mike identified were exactly what needed to be addressed. We provided him with a detailed inspection report, including some other minor issues that were less of a concern right now. He approved the work on the brakes, tires and spark plugs, so our technicians took care of the repairs and we were able to get him back on the road as soon as possible.

"It was ready for pick-up the very next day," Mike adds. "They were quick, friendly, explained everything thoroughly and listened to all my concerns. They'll be seeing me again."
