First, you bring your vehicle into our shop for a professional inspection. We generally won't give out repair quotes over the phone unless we've had a chance to see the vehicle ourselves. We don't believe in guessing games and we don't want to give you an inaccurate price estimate. We'll gladly inspect your vehicle and determine the specific problems at hand. Then, we'll provide you with a detailed inspection report.
One of our Service Advisors will walk you through the report and answer any questions that you have. We will also provide you with specific repair recommendations and accurate parts and labor price estimates for each service. This way, you know exactly what needs to be done and what it will cost to take care of it. We give you the information you need to make your own decisions.
