"After a horrible experience with Firestone and most of the dealerships I use to service my truck booked well into next week, I used the AAA app and it listed Fox Run Auto as one of their auto repair shops that is close by my home," Antonio says. "After reading a few reviews (which are all positive) and seeing how prompt they are with their repairs, I gave them a call. I set up an appointment for Thursday, which is a lot sooner than other places."

As we do with any vehicle in our shop, the Fox Run Auto team of automotive technicians performed a thorough inspection. Antonio had specific services he wanted to take care of, but unfortunately we also found another issue that required urgent attention. Our service advisor took the time to explain everything to him and let him know his truck would be ready the next day.
"The service was top notch from me dropping off keys to the cleanliness of their shop and office, which was a huge plus to me," Antonio adds. "They were thorough in explaining it and even sent me photos of the issue at hand. They even offered a warranty on the repair, which I decided to take them up on. The next day when I picked up my truck, they fixed the issue and made this guy a happy customer. I even referred them to some of my friends because I know they will do an excellent job on their vehicles. I know I can trust my truck to Fox Run Auto if another issue or scheduled maintenance is needed."
