Been there for oil change. This is not something I can see or feel if it was fixed. The appointment time was respected and it took half an hour to make it done, fair. Mechanics have to pay attention to not leave stains in the car, I have a beige interior and found some black stains on driver side door. If not all good and they seem really professional

Soooo, I come in from the Midwest area and occasionally visit Delaware. One should also note that I am in love with Pebbles (yes, I named my 17-year old vehicle) and this was the 2nd time major repairs/updates have been performed by FoxRun Auto. Both times, I was pleased. I felt they were honest and direct with what was going on and they listened to my concerns with even ears. They understand the unique love I have for Pebbles and I just want her to last beyond 300K miles (lofty goal, I know). In addition to their great communication skills, they took the time to call me for updates. Lastly, despite the smelling-like-it’s-lived in-almost-300K-mile loaner vehicle (let’s call her Gertrude) and unsuccessful Febreezing, I truly appreciate that if any dealership or auto repair company who lovingly tends to its oldie but functional loaners, have the confidence to loan them out to customers, and those customers feel safe driving them, the companies should be deemed trustworthy. I felt safe driving Gertrude around, and so I will trust they will take best care of my Pebbles - as you all who are considering taking your babies to FoxRun auto rightly should. I will be delighted to take Gertrude out again any time Pebbles needs major servicing. Thank you so much, all of you at FoxRun Auto!

Fox Run Auto Service Center provides their usual quality service. What I really like is that they dont try to get you to buy service that is not necessary. They do an excellent job of describing options. I am a many time repeat customer. I also appreciate that they advertise in our church bulletin, which is how I found them in the first place.

Very reliable and as far as i interacted, very professional and friendly. As a courtesy they did tire rotation that other centers charge 15 or 20 dollers. They will be my go to car service center as long as i am in DE.

The best awesome auto service I’ve been blessed to be able to bring my cars to… no matter it’s a simple oil change or any trouble shooting’s, Mike A has always been able to take good care of it without digging a big hole in my pocket (it’s life-savings-blessings 🙏🙏especially after my house-restoration project)!! Excellent service once again. Thank you again Mike. I have a 2015 Corolla that failed to start for over a week but turned over fine so the battery and electrical appeared to be fine. My guess was that the fuel pump may have gone bad as no fuel sounded like it was getting to the engine. Long story short, attempted to start the car 5 days in a row then eventually had it towed down to Fox Run. Of course it decided to start right up when the tow driver tested it before towing it to Fox Run. Mike looked at it a few times over the next two days and couldn't find anything wrong with it but graciously didn't charge me for the time spent looking it over unlike many places where they'll 'find' something to 'fix'. Mike and Fox Run are a good, honest shop and I think that's really all anyone really wants in an auto shop.
