I take all my vehicles to Fox Run and have always had a great experience. The 4 stars rating is because the last time I took my 4Runner in for an oil change, the tech didn't clean their hands. I found oil hand prints on my hood, quarter panel, and D/S door handle.

Anthony went out of his way to get the part I needed. He told me approx how much it was going to cost before ordering. Apparently Kia makes like 7 different taillight assembles for that year and model so I was happy he got the right one the first try. Passed inspection!
