Service was great. They were quick. They really do care about their customers. While I was waiting the manager / co owner came out to talk to another customer that was waiting , he asked why they were told to come in. They told him that the Honda service center near them told them that their brakes needed to be replaced. He told them that their brakes still had like 5k - 6k miles left on them, wear was the same on all the wheels, they will hear them a little bit when braking because they have 30% left. He told the other customer that they could come back in a few months or if they wanted to, replace them for $500 today.

My car was vandalized: someone sawed off a catalytic converter. The car is good, reliable, but old so any significant repair comes close or above car estimate. My insurance company was considering totaling my car and I was not in the position to get a new one. At that point my car was at Fox Run Auto. Vinny took care of finding and ordering right components with right pricing below the total loss limit, so my insurer didn't have to total the car. Also Fox Run Auto provided me with a loaner car, so wasn't stranded during all this ordeal. I like how Fox Run Auto handled this difficult situation!
