My first time at Fox Run Auto. They came highly recommended by my neighbor and they did not disappoint! Great service! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you!!!

I finally found a trustworthy and reliable auto shop who has the equipment and knowledge that a dealership has, without all the hassle! Fox Run Auto allowed me to borrow a loaner car for the day while my car was in the shop and that was amazing so I didn’t need to Uber around! The service was quick, reliable, and affordable! This place has reasonable repair rates and Mike is so nice explaining the issues to me.

I have been to so many places whenever my car needs to be fixed or to have an oil change and let me tell you, this company is so professional and is so trustworthy! I was so happy when I got my car back! I recommend this place to anyone because they truly care!

After my son passed, I had to find a mechanic to look over my cars. Vinny and a few others understood this. I might have put the keys in the wrong mailbox, but they found them. I might have read your closing time wrong, but you where still there. I might not have known the correct light that needed replace, but you found it. Along with all of this Fox Run Auto went over my entire car, filled fluids, checked tires, brakes, all those things you forget about. Thank you so much for understanding your customers and be there for me.

The only negative thing is the way the man at the front desk spoke to me when I went to drop my Jeep off. He WAS using a pleasant tone though, when he told me twice not to get information off the internet. I told him how my Jeep would shake at highway speeds and that I brought it in because I know Jeeps are known for tie rod issues(this information I got from fellow Jeep owners NOT the internet). Fyi it WAS tie rod issues. That small complaint aside, the actual work done on my Jeep seems to be perfect, just like the last time I brought it to your shop. Everything done was explained to me and the mechanic and woman at the front desk were both very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Fox Run Auto to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.

Took my car because of tire issues and the fixed it quickly and the ride feels better than when I first got the car. Drop off service was very convenient and so was the pickup. I'll be using them for everything going forward

People were courteous service was quick I would definitely recommend them.
