Hello. I'm sorry you weren't happy with the service. Your vehicle was serviced professionally with a new alternator and a new battery from a well known supplier. The vehicle was road tested and there were no issues. All of our work is covered by a 2 year / 24k mile warranty. When we initially discussed your concern after repairs we did discuss bringing it back to our facility but shortly thereafter you chose to stop payment on your credit card instead.
