Mike was great in assisting me with compensating me for a faulty part the shop unknowingly installed in my car. Would get work done with Fox Run Auto again if I needed!

Hello. I'm sorry you weren't happy with the service. Your vehicle was serviced professionally with a new alternator and a new battery from a well known supplier. The vehicle was road tested and there were no issues. All of our work is covered by a 2 year / 24k mile warranty. When we initially discussed your concern after repairs we did discuss bringing it back to our facility but shortly thereafter you chose to stop payment on your credit card instead. This is the first auto service garage that actually stated a price and gave you coupons! They also promised to have it done in an hour for oil change and free tire rotation(who gives free anything these days) and were done 10 minutes early! I will be recommending this place to all my family and friends.
