Soooo, I come in from the Midwest area and occasionally visit Delaware. One should also note that I am in love with Pebbles (yes, I named my 17-year old vehicle) and this was the 2nd time major repairs/updates have been performed by FoxRun Auto. Both times, I was pleased. I felt they were honest and direct with what was going on and they listened to my concerns with even ears. They understand the unique love I have for Pebbles and I just want her to last beyond 300K miles (lofty goal, I know). In addition to their great communication skills, they took the time to call me for updates. Lastly, despite the smelling-like-it’s-lived in-almost-300K-mile loaner vehicle (let’s call her Gertrude) and unsuccessful Febreezing, I truly appreciate that if any dealership or auto repair company who lovingly tends to its oldie but functional loaners, have the confidence to loan them out to customers, and those customers feel safe driving them, the companies should be deemed trustworthy. I felt safe driving Gertrude around, and so I will trust they will take best care of my Pebbles - as you all who are considering taking your babies to FoxRun auto rightly should.
