BEAR AUTO REPAIR

Two things stand out with my dealings at Fox Run Automotive.. Communication and Cost estimates. Mike is very good at communicating the diagnosed problem and providing realistic estimates. What is unusual in my experience is, when the work is done and the bill is presented, it is always within 5% of the original estimate. I also love the fact that Mike calls the next week to follow up on the work. Great job guys!

As expected, my car was serviced well and only needed procedures were performed. Over nearly a decade, I have grown to trust the recommendations of (any) Mike and I was not disappointed. Fox Run Auto is a first-rate operation.

Everything went like clockwork, as usual.

I find the staff at Fox Auto to be very accommodating, sincere, honest and "up front"...in particular, the manager, Mike Reilly. I have been very happy with the service on my '99 Buick LeSabre and value his "feedback". I would not take my car anywhere else.

The Mikes are awesome, doesn't matter which one you ask for they all are very helpful. My car needed some attention and they were able to fix the problem and advise me of other work needed to keep the van up and running to par, while getting a discount as well! Thanks Guys!

Mike: Thanks for taking care of the oil change and brake light I requested, but thanks even more for replacing the front brakes and letting me know they were covered under warranty!! How could it get any better than that? This is what I've come to expect from you guys. That's why I keep coming back.
