Mike(s)! It's always a pleasure when I need service. I'm greeted with a smile every time I come through the door. The work is always done well, and I'm very happy with the cost.

Been taking my car to the "Mikes" for 3 years now and each time I got top notch service, and I've never had to take my car back! Keep on doing what you're doing guys!!!!

The folks at Fox Run are honest, reliable and responsive to my immediate need following a collision. My only criticism is there follow up to let you know when the vehicle is ready for pick up. I always have to call to check in, and I think they should be calling me.

Called on my way home from work to see if they could fit me in that afternoon for an oil change. They were able to fit me in and was out. I appreciate knowing that they can work around my work schedule.

I appreciate the honesty in providing service to my Passat. I brought my car in for its 70,000 service and was hit with an estimate of $3500-$4000 of repairs. Mike was straighforward and advised me that if I was not attached to the car, I should go trade it in bc I will get full trade-in value at a dealer bc they will not put it on the lift to inspect. So, I did. I got $10K for the trade-in and bought a new 2012 Passat. Thanks for being honest and straightforward with me.
