As always I was able to get an appointment within a time that works with my schedule. The work that was being done and the cost was explained to me before any work was started. My vehicle was ready at the time they said it would be done. Good customer service.

It's such a pleasure to do business where I can rely on honest information about what my older car needs and doesn't need. I have been taking this car and a couple of previous cars there for many, many years. Everything has always been done as promised and to my satisfaction. The service at Fox Run Auto is always above and beyond. There is always a Mike ready to help and they know exactly what they are doing and how to explain it to those of us with less car intelligence then them. The entire process is beyond easy and the customer service you receive is beyond excellent. This is our one and only car service shop. We have never had any issues or any complaints.
