Love it when an auto shop says the work will take an hour and it does. Also like the fact that you present the price of the work that's needed when you review the results of the inspection. Very efficient!

We come in for an oil change on our Quest, knowing it needed more work. The tech we spoke to said it would be ready the next morning, as it needed breaks and work done on the rotor. He called maybe 2 hours later and said the entire job was done! We personally couldn't retrieve the van til the following morning, but when we did, it gave us such a smooth ride, like butter!

a pleasant experience, as always. Great place to have your automobile handled with TLC.

Great no problems in and out

Mike told me what he thought was wrong with the transmision in the car and then did everything to prove that he was correct. The car's fixed and working fine. My experience was great, as always!! Thanks Mike!!!

Love this auto repair shop. I have been going to this shop for at least 5 years. I was very unsatisfied with Dealerships who were telling me to get new tires, wiperblades, airfilters or brakes when there was still 40% life on these items when all i did was come in for an oil change (sound familiar?). The honesty and integrity of this repair shop continues to keep me coming back. They only fix what needs to be fixed on my car and they make me aware of future repairs so I can actually work them into my budget . Finally, they are polite! They always greet me went I come into their service area and they thank me for my business when I leave. Thanks Fox Run!
