I am very satisfied with how kind everyone I interacted with was . My oil change was done in half the time I usually waited at my other mechanic . I will definitely be coming back for future work on my car !

Had them install my tires on my rims and do an alignment. Staff was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. They notified me of some issues with my truck while working on the alignment and did not pressure me in anyway to have them complete the repairs. Had a great experience with this establishment. We've taken our Volvo's to Fox Run for years. They know all types of cars. They have always been reasonable in what they suggest needs done. Their prices are fair. They are always on time. We haven't had any bad experiences at all. Our original Volvo was a 2009 XC90 station wagon. We drove that car into the ground, thanks to Fox Run Auto. They told us they needed to break up with the car, it was no longer worth salvaging -- which was right, the repairs would have been more than the value of the car a few times over. It meant they lost a customer for a while, but we came back with another used Volvo. They are just good people.

Hello. I called Fox Run on short notice for service needed on my vehicle....they were very accommodating, provided me with a free loaner vehicle, and even mentioned that there was a coupon online. I will definitely recommend them,and use them again.
