Originally, we had Groupon vouchers. My wife used her voucher first for an oil change and tire rotation. She was very satisfied with the work and customer service. Fast forward 2 months and I need a new battery for my car. I drove to fox run auto (in my wife car) and explained the situation. They sent someone to my house within an hour to tow my car to their shop. They also honored my Groupon voucher while my car was being given a new battery. I know this seems a bit long winded but coming from New York City (born and raised) and being here for less than a year, it felt great going to an auto place that are professional and easy to work with.
