Always a pleasure having Fox Run take care of my car/s. I have trusted them for over 15 years to do regular maintenance, supply and change tires, install new brake pads, fix an A/C problem, replace a tie rod, replace batteries, etc on my cars. Never had any problem with any maintenance or repairs that Fox Run did. Excellent personnel and extremely professional.

Mike Accursi is one of the best reps from FRA I've ever dealt with. I always ask for him, he's professional, courteous, knowledgeable and just an all around nice guy. He explains exactly what is going on with the vehicle in plain English and why. I've been a customer for about 14 years with 2 different vehicles (now 3) and in that time only had 1 slight misdiagnosis on a vehicle. Nobody is perfect. Still love them. They DO recommend services. Some might be annoyed by this, I'm not. They recommend fluid changes, let you know your brakes are getting low, manufacturer recommended tune ups, let you know of leaks, ect. If its your first time getting work done you might be put off by this. Stick with them and you will be pleased that they go over your vehicle so thoroughly. All in all I highly recommend them if you live in the area. Great service!

We recently used the service from the Fox Run Auto inc. We live in PA and we had a vehicle breakdown on Route 1. We were towed to Fox Run for repair we were also grateful that they were able to accommodate our needs so quickly we were able to get back on our journey south. This may not be a review ad for those traveling but if anyone who lives locally they should consider the service of Fox run Auto repair. We have found they displayed integrity honesty and compassion for us.

Professional, down to earth, not pushy and really know their stuff. The prices are fair and unlike other mechanics who may leave your problem with an “I Don’t Know” they will go above and beyond to find the cause of your worry.

I have no complaints. Everyone worked with me. They were on time, open with communication, friendly. I got no beef. I’ll go back.

I recently moved to DE from NJ and made the necessary Department of Motor Vehicle changes. However, when it came time to replace my NJ license plate with my new DE plate, I could not get the NJ plate off because the fastener had rusted. I called Fox Run Auto and explained my dilemma to Mike Accursi. Mike asked if I could bring my auto by and he would look at it. Mike was able to loosen the rusted screw and secure my new DE license in 10 minutes. I sincerely appreciate Mike making time to help me out. I found my new auto service shop in Delaware. I thanked Mike and told him he had just earned a new customer. It was refreshing to get such great customer service.
