I came here for a deal I found on Groupon for a wheel alignment. My tire wasn’t holding air & I also wanted to have it looked at. Mike rolled my tire into the waiting room to me & explained that - I wouldn’t be able to get the alignment that I came for & that my car needed 2 new tires & a ball joint. Mike & his staff were so accommodating and understanding to my plight. I received round trip transport to & from my home. Labor was completed by end of business day. Most importantly “ I DIDN’T FEEL TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF”. Needless to say- this will be the new home for all my car repairs!! Thank you guys‼️

I thought it was excellent service. gred..eted well when I entered .explained what I thought was wrong. They called me and explained what needed to be done.they called me promptly that the work was completed .alot sooner than I thought.the brakes felt very good on the drive home.
To sum it up simply: good prices and good service. I’ve started going to Fox Run Auto as I used to service my Acura out of state. My last visit I added on something at the last minute, stem valves for tires. I planned on waiting with car as I didn’t have a ride back home. Advisor offered me a ride or a rental on the spot. I took the rental. Good customer service. I will to continue to use Fox Run for my car’s service needs.

Great service. They found the problem quickly and returned the vehicle earlier than promised. They also replaced other wear parts while the vehicle was disassembled. Highly recommend.

Needed to get my battery replaced due to having to jump start my car a couple of times today and they were able to fit me in that afternoon. Even though I showed up over an hour early to my scheduled appointment time, they were able to replace my battery pretty quick to get me back on the road. I've always received great customer service from Fox Run Auto which is why I love going there and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto service.
