We have taken all our vehicles to Fox Run Auto since we moved to DE - they are awesome & staff is amazing - always do great work & answer all my questions!

As usual, service was efficient and I was consulted on all needed repairs.

They never fail to please me. Always going above and beyond. You can really feel that they care and want to do right by you. I'm so happy we found them.

Honest & Trustworthy They pick up the phone Or call you back My car broke down on 95 and got towed to their AAA approved Service Center. I was lucky it did. Mike went beyond the simple diagnostics he took the additional time to search beyond the Car Manufactures service site, and went on the NHTSA site and found a recall on the problem that wasn't posted on makers site. Awesome! If he wasn't 200 miles away he'd be my go to. Dedicated and honest. (By the way I didn't get this same honesty from dealer they never mentioned recall until I showed them Mikes research) Thanks Mike you're one of the good ones.

Although I arrived later than expected, my vehicle was ready in less than 3 hours. All work completed as expected, safety check was done (3 lights replaced), and the bill was less than I expected. I’ve been using Fox Run Auto since it started 22 years ago, and fully trust them with my vehicles.
