I really like being able to schedule a time for my service. Service was on-time and completed when estimated. Comfortable waiting area. Knowledgeable staff at all levels. Would like to have wifi access in the waiting area.

I really enjoyed dealing with everyone there. Everyone gave me the information i needed to make the decisions about what needed to be done to my vehicle. I felt that everyone had my best interests at heart and were not just tryinbg to push repairs on me.

Mike DeCostanza was willing to look at the car before I bought it and was very honest about its condition providing recommendation on what work would be needed once purchased to ensure that a safe vehicle was being driven out of your lot. This was very important to me because this car would be purchased and used full time by my son and I didn't want there to be any real surprizes. The recommended work was completed after the purchase and I am confident that my son will be safe traveling 2 hours away to school in this vehicle. Thanks as always for your honest, reliable and timely assistance with Nathan's first purchase.
