I really like being able to schedule a time for my service. Service was on-time and completed when estimated. Comfortable waiting area. Knowledgeable staff at all levels. Would like to have wifi access in the waiting area.

The pleasant staff and skilled mechanics make the difference.

I like how I called about the price of service and when I got there and the work was done that was the price given with no extra hidden charges. Very nice staff!

You fixed it quickly, but I wasn't sure. I took it Friday just before closing and it seemed right. Saturday morning I needed to drive to Washington, D.C. When I got in the car at 6:00 A.M., the low coolent light was back and the coolent tank was empty! But there was no coolent on the ground? I used my other car and, as I thought about it I realized that you hadn't topped it off after you ran it and it sucked the tank full into the block. I filled it Saturday afternoon, warmed it up, there were no leaks, and the tank stayed full. Success on the first try!!
