Two things stand out with my dealings at Fox Run Automotive.. Communication and Cost estimates. Mike is very good at communicating the diagnosed problem and providing realistic estimates. What is unusual in my experience is, when the work is done and the bill is presented, it is always within 5% of the original estimate. I also love the fact that Mike calls the next week to follow up on the work. Great job guys!
Always quick and efficient! They are on time for appointments and often able to help quickly for unexpected events too. Service people are knowledgeable and I always feel like I'm being treated fairly and with respect.

I've been taking my car to Fox Run Auto for over two years and the service has always been great! I'm always given a clear and concise explanation of what's going on with my car; it's ready when promised and I've never had to take it back for a "do-over". The "Mikes" rock!!!

Service good as always. Walked in without appointment, and they were able to fit me in.
Took my BMW in on a Monday morning without an appointment to diagnose a heat/cooling system issue. They were able to find the problem, order the parts and have the car ready to me by the end of business on the same day. Not necessarily the most economical of prices, but if you have a two car family and factor in the cost of a rental that would be otherwise needed for a 2-3 day repair anywhere else, it's pretty close to a wash.
Fast, honest, quality service. Hard to find in auto repair.
