They aren't just out to make a quick buck.I new Mike Defino when he just started out and he hasn't changed a bit, which is why he has been so successful.

Office atmosphere is business-like yet very friendly. Company does a good job retaining its employees who are very courteous and professional. Company makes good use of technology to diagnose and correct mechanical problems.
