Thank you for responding quickly to a "check engine" light when we were only scheduled to have an oil change, and for not over reacting with replacement of parts that currently only indicate a intermitent engine code. Thanks also for allowing my wife to drop the other car off for an unscheduled oil change after finishing the first car. We'll have to return the favor and schedule it that way next time. Great job as usual.

Several years ago while I was taking my car to the dealer for oil changes and being told that this had to be repaired and that had to be repaired I decided to get a second opinion. I was so lucky to have found Fox Run Auto. They have taken care of our family's cars ever since. I tell everyone about them! We just traded our cars in at 155,000 and 153,000 and got top dollar. They couldn't believe how well they had been taken care of.
God works in mysterious ways, putting us in the right place at the right time. My son was home from college for a long weekend and planned to return on Monday when his check engine light came on Sunday afternoon. You guys were able to squeeze me in for a quick fix-up to give us all piece of mind before he made the 100 mile trip back to school. I'm so glad that he was home when this happened, and you guys once again came through for us.

I find the staff at Fox Auto to be very accommodating, sincere, honest and "up front"...in particular, the manager, Mike Reilly. I have been very happy with the service on my '99 Buick LeSabre and value his "feedback". I would not take my car anywhere else.
The Mikes are awesome, doesn't matter which one you ask for they all are very helpful. My car needed some attention and they were able to fix the problem and advise me of other work needed to keep the van up and running to par, while getting a discount as well! Thanks Guys!
