Called on my way home from work to see if they could fit me in that afternoon for an oil change. They were able to fit me in and was out. I appreciate knowing that they can work around my work schedule.

I appreciate the honesty in providing service to my Passat. I brought my car in for its 70,000 service and was hit with an estimate of $3500-$4000 of repairs. Mike was straighforward and advised me that if I was not attached to the car, I should go trade it in bc I will get full trade-in value at a dealer bc they will not put it on the lift to inspect. So, I did. I got $10K for the trade-in and bought a new 2012 Passat. Thanks for being honest and straightforward with me. You certainly will continue to get our business and will be highly recommended to others. Donna Bogia

Made an appointment online. Emailed to see if they could take me in sooner , THey called within 35 minutes and said bring the truck in the next day, Not to many service shops even call you back. So they are my number one when it comes to service on my vehicles. Thanks FoxRun Auto Team!!!!
