Service good as always. Walked in without appointment, and they were able to fit me in.
Took my BMW in on a Monday morning without an appointment to diagnose a heat/cooling system issue. They were able to find the problem, order the parts and have the car ready to me by the end of business on the same day. Not necessarily the most economical of prices, but if you have a two car family and factor in the cost of a rental that would be otherwise needed for a 2-3 day repair anywhere else, it's pretty close to a wash.
Without an appointment, I dropped off my van one night to get looked at and repaired. Mike called with a quote that totally impressed me, since they not only looked at what was wrong, but also investigated some other things that were making issues. And even though they quoted to have it done the next day, they actually completed it the same day.
I've been taking my car to Fox Run Auto for over two years and the service has always been great! I'm always given a clear and concise explanation of what's going on with my car; it's ready when promised and I've never had to take it back for a "do-over". The "Mikes" rock!!!
