Second time here for our second vehicle (2012 Kia). Mrs. enjoyed the pleasant everything: people, waiting area and quick in and out. Very good value overall. I've/we've found a new service center. Small business trying to make a living keeping each customer pleased, one at a time.

My starter went up and could no longer start my car. Fox run auto was not only able to accept my car the same day but they fixed it as well. Everyone seemed genuinely sincere and very honest. Nobody tried to upsell me on any services or repairs everything was pretty straightforward and simple. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area and plan on returning for future servicing

I used to use your shop years ago but I haven't needed a mechanic in a long time. I was desperate last weekend when my shift cable/arm broke and my Jeep Wrangler was stuck in park. Your guys came and scooped up the Jeep that morning and towed it to the shop. Your driver was so nice and polite. I then got a call the next day from Robert with a list of what was wrong and prices for everything. And although there are a few things that still need to be done I was not pressured into doing anything more than I was planning on. Their prices are very competitive with area shops but their customer service is outstanding and always has been! So thank you all for taking such good care of me and my Jeep. I'll be back soon to start her next course of treatments lol

Honesty and fair pricing.

My parents started using FOX RUN AUTO many years ago. They really care about their customers and because of that always deliver GREAT SERVICE on our vehicles. I just had my brakes done last week along with a few other items. The service was done in one day and my car is working perfectly. There have been instances when we used another repair shop only to then go to FOX RUN AUTO to have the same service re done correctly........this is a auto repair shop you can trust!
