Fair prices good honest communication. Fast service. The only issue is parking. I'm very happy with everything that they have done for my wife and I. I had a issue and they told me it was covered by my warranty so I should go to the dealership. The could have just changed me but they did the right thing.

Fox Run was amazing. They got me in got an appointment very quickly and their service was phenomenal. They were friendly and thorough. They are always so great. I would recommend them to anyone. Their service is top notch.

I truly appreciate everything about your service center; your staff members are all friendly, helpful & courteous and the center is very inviting, comfortable and clean. Above all that I love the quality of the work you do and how it just says how you honor your own name and stand by it & your work. That tops a lot of car service people and places all by itself. Though I could go other places or to some people who do work cheaper cuzof my income, I wait for specials or save up the money because I really do trust you guys with my auto.
