I was very satisfied with their communication and quick response. My car was dropped off overnight on a weekend by a AAA tow truck driver. On Monday I received several calls throughout the day with the updated status of my car. All repairs were made and the car returned to me to me that same day.

I haven’t had an issue with my service of my vehicle each time that I have brought it to Fox Run Auto. They have been my go to in fixing my vehicle. The thing that needs to be improved on is contacting the customer on the pricing at the start and once the vehicle’s work has been completed. That would be great! For me, I truly appreciate that I haven’t had to bring my car back for anything that was fixed mechanically.

The service and price was fine. Thank you. But the man who answered my initial call before I was given to Robert was rather off putting and condescending. I’m not the most industrial man which is why I needed service for a simple job. At that moment speaking with the fella, I was inclined to go elsewhere but was in a bind with my sister’s car. We all have bad days, but thought you’d like to know
