Originally, we had Groupon vouchers. My wife used her voucher first for an oil change and tire rotation. She was very satisfied with the work and customer service. Fast forward 2 months and I need a new battery for my car. I drove to fox run auto (in my wife car) and explained the situation. They sent someone to my house within an hour to tow my car to their shop. They also honored my Groupon voucher while my car was being given a new battery. I know this seems a bit long winded but coming from New York City (born and raised) and being here for less than a year, it felt great going to an auto place that are professional and easy to work with. Fox Run is the place to go to for quality service at affordable prices.

I drive from Middletown to go to Fox Run even though there are quite a few choices in Middletown. They give quality service and fair pricing. I was just in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to change my wiper blades while I was there. When work was completed, I noticed the wiper blades weren’t on bill and asked if they forgot them. Service Manager said “it was done for sure, it’s just not in your bill”. I’m guessing they overlooked it. But, they said “have a nice day” when I’m sure another place would have wrote up another bill. Great customer service. They also had a loaner one time for half days work I had done on my car. Very convenient.
