I recently move to Del. from a small town in Southern NJ where my business and home was located next to an auto repair shop, I always received prompt and professional auto care. After using several auto repair shops, both dealerships and independent located in NCC I recently discovered and used Fox Auto. The personnel in the front office are pleasant and professional and their estimates have been straight forward and on target. My vehicle has 200,000 miles on it and I hope to get to 300,000 miles and of course that means I need to keep my vehicle in good mechanical condition. So far I have gotten honest appraisals of what needs to be done right away and what can reasonably wait awhile,this helps to keep my budget in line. i brought my car in for what i thought was a small problem , after inspection I was told there was a significant problem and if i had continued to drive it it could have been a much greater problem , thank you for your prompt action the car is now running great and the staff has been wonderful ,they are the best
