Always a good experience wouldn't go anywhere else.

This was our second time to have service done at Fox Run Auto. Our minivan suddenly stopped running. We were towed to the shop by AAA. It turns out critters (squirrels?) chewed through wires and the gas line etc. making a real mess. The shop fixed it all quickly and professionally at a fair price. They even had someone pick up my husband and bring him to the shop to get the car when it was done (I work a long distance from home and had no way to come get him that early in the day). They also recommended two new tires. We are very glad to have everything fixed and ready to go as our family vacation is next week. Fox Run Auto is now our "go to shop" for car repairs.

Taken care of quickly

The staff is very friendly and gives detailed information regarding the work that needs to be done on our vehicle. They make sure that we understand the cost of the work and the time it will take for the work to be completed. We've always had good service and will continue to take our vehicle to Fox Run Auto.

My car has rather unusually sized tires, and Mike Decostanza gave me great, honest advice on tire replacement options. He was able to get the tires and have them mounted the following day. A typical Fox Run Auto experience solid service and a fair price.

As always I was able to get an appointment within a time that works with my schedule. The work that was being done and the cost was explained to me before any work was started. My vehicle was ready at the time they said it would be done. Good customer service.

It's such a pleasure to do business where I can rely on honest information about what my older car needs and doesn't need. I have been taking this car and a couple of previous cars there for many, many years. Everything has always been done as promised and to my satisfaction. Thanks for letting me relax about whether my older car can safely stay on the road!
