As always, I am satisfied with the service that I get at Fox Run Auto. Although I thought the diagnosis and repairs might have been costly, the problem was easily resolved and the cost was minimal. Updates were given for future repairs, such as brakes, but no pressure was given to get it done immediately.

Have used Fox Run for years and can always trust them to be honest. Has always had a loaner car or someone to take me home if my car will be there all day.

What a nice experience. Warmly greeted at checkin, decided to wait but was offered a ride which is nice. Customers were steady and all treated with a smile and respect. I will continue to go because the service was good, cost was fair and I felt valued as a customer.

My truck was ready in less than 24 hours after I dropped it off. Very happy with the experience and the results, I will be using these guys again in the future.

We got quoted much more to fix our car but Fox Run gave us a fair price and they gave me peace of mind that my car is safe to drive. Then they came and picked me up because it's our only car. I'd give 10 stars if I could thank you guys for the best service around.

I highly recommend this shop; they provide exceptional customer service with integrity. When there was a problem with one of the parts that were used in a previous service, Fox Run Auto spared no effort to make sure my issue was resolved. They provided a tow truck and let me borrow a car so that I could still get to work. Unlike some other shops I've dealt with in the past, they honored the service warranty for the parts and labor instead of trying to gouge me for more money. My family will definitely continue to bring our cars here.

I've gone to this shop for tires and brakes, and I've always been treated fairly and with respect. When there was a problem with one of the parts used during a recent service, they called a tow truck for me and let me have a loaner car so I wouldn't miss work, and I greatly appreciate that they honored their warranty on that service.
