A leak of power steering fluid was repaired. I found the staff at Fox Run Auto to be cordial and professional in communicating the needs of my auto. This was my first encounter with this business and I am totally satisfied with their work. I most definitely will be using them in the future.

The staff at Fox Run Auto are excellent communicators who take pride in their work. I was very satisfied with the work done on my car and will be using them for future repairs.

Good service and fair pricing mixed in with some so-so customer service and appointment issues. I really only go here for an oil change. But service is quick reliable, all for a good price too. My only issue is that getting an appointment can be hard, like how early or when should you set it up. I set things up days in advance only to have it not available for the said time. Oh and customer service needs to do a better job at making feel more like a person rather than just another paying customer. Be a little more welcoming is all I ask. Overall a good place for car care with some okay customer service. Now while I have never had any bad experience with their customer service I have never had great service either, hence the 4 stars.

I have been using Fox Run Auto for many years for multiple vehicles, and have never not been satisfied. Two cars had new engines installed with no problems. I put a lot of miles on my cars and rely on Fox Run to keep them on the road. They warrant my highest rating.
