I drive from Middletown to go to Fox Run even though there are quite a few choices in Middletown. They give quality service and fair pricing. I was just in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to change my wiper blades while I was there. When work was completed, I noticed the wiper blades weren’t on bill and asked if they forgot them. Service Manager said “it was done for sure, it’s just not in your bill”. I’m guessing they overlooked it. But, they said “have a nice day” when I’m sure another place would have wrote up another bill. Great customer service. They also had a loaner one time for half days work I had done on my car. Very convenient.

I was very satisfied with their communication and quick response. My car was dropped off overnight on a weekend by a AAA tow truck driver. On Monday I received several calls throughout the day with the updated status of my car. All repairs were made and the car returned to me to me that same day.
