Repaired car quickly on short notice

I have been a customer for years and I like everything about Fox Run Auto. I take my new car to them instead of the Dealer because of the trust I have in them and their world class Customer Service. From a female perspective - they listen well, are very respectful, only fix what's wrong with the car and get the job done in a timely manner. I appreciate that more than I can say!

I went there to see if I needed a 4 wheel alignment. They said it would take about an hour. I went to go get lunch and shortly after I started eating, they called and said it was fine, not out of alignment and I could pick it up. They could have easily just have kept it the whole time, said it was fixed and charged me, but did not. What they did is a perfect way to conduct business and build trust. There are so many negative connotations associated with mechanics that it is hard to know who to trust but by doing this, they have my trust for any future issues with my cars I might have. Way to go guys! Much appreciated...you have a new customer for life!

While I was there, I listened to several service explanations that were provided to other customers and I was impressed. For services that didn't require immediate action, customers were advised of the current state and informed when service might be needed instead of pressured to get the work done then. Refreshing! I have synthetic motor oil, so I have a few thousand miles left before I need an oil change. I'll definitely book an appointment at your shop to have that done!

Very straightforward. Told me my engine has an issue and will be a large amount to fix. Decided to junk my car. Easy decision. Allowed me to store the car for a day till I could tow it.
